Bill Gordon, Treasurer, has applied for non-profit status for the Club, consulted with a CPA regarding IRS status, and looked into insurance coverage. An inventory list of Club assets was started, and a vote was taken to keep a petty cash file of $150.00 for miscellaneous purchases.  The upcoming Bird Fair and Show on October 31 was discussed at length, and miscellaneous loose ends were tied up.
